Grilled Tandoori Pomfret Recipe

1. 4 pompret fish (around 250g per piece)
2. 3 table spoon tandoori masala (powder)
3. 2 table spoon garlic paste
4. 4 table spoon lime juice
5. 1/2 table spoon salt
6. 1 table spoon garam masala
7. 2 table spoon mustard oil
8. 2 table spoon butter (optional, for flavor)

1. Clean fishes.
2. Cut slashes on fish (1 inch width)
3. Mix lime juice, tandoori masala, gorom masala, salt, garlic, mustard oil in a bowl
4. Add fishes in the mix and marinated for 90 mins

1. Grill one side at a time on charcoal or electric grill.
2. Add butter on grilled fish half minutes before the grill is done.
